What is Your Aura?
Your aura is the first impression felt by another. It is your broadcasted signal of frequency that is felt by others as presence or impression. A natural phenomenon that influences how others, nature and the external reality receive you; receive your internal reality.
You Self, is constantly emitting a frequency signal like that of a radio tower through your brain. The aura, is the energetic field in which that frequency is measurable from. The frequency is influenced through both our conscious and subconscious thought patterns, habits and emotional regulation.
‘Every thought you think emits a signal. Every emotion you hold becomes a pattern. Every belief you adopt becomes a magnetic current, either pulling prosperity toward you or repelling it from your field - your reality.’ - Napoleon Hill
What is Your Aura Broadcasting?
Your energetic field is a quantitatively measurable occurrence. This field reflects your authentic truth. It is composed of your internal psyche and felt by all those who encounter you.
It is also the magnetic barrier between things you desire and are manifesting. If you are practicing mindfulness, daily affirmations, habit building techniques to no avail, have you considered whether you truly believe the things you are integrating into your day. There is significant evidence to suggest that repetition of actions will influence results and consistencies, ultimately changing your perspective. However, if these are not authentic. If you are whispering that you are abundant and look around seeing things you don’t have, or constantly consider yourself without funds. The affirmations of abundance are misguided.
Without a practice of holistic solution, your aura or magnetic field for manifestation is tainted. It is confused. It does not know whether to attract or repel. In turn, a feeling of limbo or lack of progression at a certain stage in the mindfulness journey can seep in.
Myth or Reality?
This is not a mystical idea. It is a reflection of your emotional wellbeing. The spiritual world call it your energetic body. It is a tool for utilisation. It is built through repetition of aligned actions and thoughts. It is shaped through focus and discernment. It is strengthened by mental analysis and discipline.
You aura is malleable and adaptable. It is constantly upgrading and evolving to align with your internal reality to confirm the experience in the external reality. How does your presence influence your day, are you positive and confident? Your field is strengthened every thought, whether this is spoken or a silent belief. However, through this symbiotic relationship, it is confirmed to be flexible.
Like any of our four bodies, they are in our possession to be utilised as tools for human experience. We are in control of them. In fact, it is the only thing we can control. What we do, say, think, act or be. They are within our control and directly correspond with our external realities.
Your aura is your emotional default. What could be considered as your most common or average beliefs about yourself. In the morning you could be undertaking a yoga routine, by afternoon, your breathing exercises might be out the door. It is not your peak state or belief or your best performance on a good day. It cannot be more authentic. It is the frequency or vibration of who you truly believe you are.
Building a Healthy Aura
According to Napoleon Hill, there are four pillars to a healthy aura:
Certainty - no matter what happens around you, speak and move with intention. People trust those who trust themselves.
Calm - If your energy is chaotic, you can’t expect yourself to achieve results. Don’t stress, respond.
Congruence - Alignment. Your three other bodies must align to contribute to the alignment of the Aura. Thoughts, words and actions all must agree.
Contribution - If you want to be wealthy, you must be valuable. Give without expectation of receipt. Solve the problems that you see and are attainable.
Unfortunately, like your muscle tissue when exercising, everything must breakdown prior to change. However, growth and evolution are rarely encountered when life is easy. It is in turmoil and disruption it can be found.
When you practice this balance and can sit without distraction from a fly landing on your arm. When you lead others while learning different topics. When you are humble and give, when you feel empty. Persistence while feeling forgotten and trapped is when the big opportunities are magnitized to you in time and evolution sets in reflecting in your external reality as opposed to in your mind.
